Freeze FAQ

    • For just $5 a month, you can freeze (pause) your account and avoid being drafted for the full price of your membership on the 1st without losing access to member-exclusive perks. 

    • Whenever you're ready to do pottery again, you will pay the prorated price of your membership to unfreeze (unpause) your account. Once unfrozen, $7 will be added to your account for each month your account was on hiatus! 

  • After your first full monthly draft, your freeze will be available and you may submit a Freeze request. Freeze requests submitted during the same month of sign up will not be processed.

    • Example: If you sign up in September, the Freeze opens for you in October. If you submit a freeze request in October, your account will be frozen beginning November 1st.

  • Freeze requests must be submitted through our online freeze request form.

    Please note: Freeze requests are not accepted in person at any Throw location.

Cancelation FAQ

    • Cancellation requests can only be submitted through our online cancellation form.

    • Please note: Cancellations are not accepted in person at any Throw location.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by 11:59pm the 15th of the previous month to be effective for the following month.

    • Example: If you cancel at 12:00 am on March 16th, you will still be billed for April, and your membership will end on April 30th.

    • Please note: Cancels and freezes submitted on the 1st will not reverse payment for that month, but will be effective for the following month. Cancellation and Freeze requests submitted during the same month of signing up will not be processed.

  • Yes, you must submit your cancellation before the 15th of the previous month to avoid being drafted for the next billing cycle.
